About Me: I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, working from a strength-based perspective and utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma Informed Care and Mindfulness.

My goal is to build a strong therapeutic relationship as well as provide a safe and comfortable environment for the purpose of identifying issues and improving coping skills. I hope to work on identifying strengths, meeting goals, and promoting healing.
