About Me: I believe in helping my clients meet their goals through personal growth, healing through empathy and immense compassion. I am passionately committed to assisting adults towards greater self-awareness, improving body image, self-esteem, and decreasing anxiousness.

My specialities also include working with clients who are struggling with depression, trauma, self-injurious behavior, suicidal thoughts, family/interpersonal conflict, life transitions from birth to OB to end of life decisions, as well as grief and loss.

I have experience working with children of all ages and diverse backgrounds. My experience also includes adolescents, young adults to elderly, as well as pre and postpartum women in the community and hospital setting.
