About Me: My primary focus is working with people of color, immigrants, and folks who have minority status in the larger communities. I have extensive experience in grief and loss; providing individual and group counseling in this area. In addition, I incorporate Interpersonal Process Therapy (IPT) and culturally sensitive counseling to provide treatment for a number of different concerns. Issues that commonly lead clients to seek my services include depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, adjustment concerns related to new jobs, becoming new parents, marital and pre-martial counseling, women’s issues and concerns that impact LGBTQ+ folks. I also enjoy working with therapists who are new to our profession.
