About Me: I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s degree in English and Creative Writing in 2018. During that time, it was a writing internship at Community Refugee and Immigration services, where I noticed that working directly with the refugee population, particularly the women, and listening to them tell their stories was the most fulfilling part of the work.

I then continued my education at OSU by completing a Master’s degree in Social Work in 2020. During my program, I worked at Moms2B which is a community perinatal and postpartum education program aimed at targeting infant mortality rates. Moms2B was where I learned that I truly enjoyed working with women navigating the mental health challenges of pregnancy and motherhood. I worked on an interdisciplinary team, offering group and individual mental health services to pregnant and new mothers in the community.

I began working as an individual therapist so I could work more closely with clients in one-on-one settings and have the honor of accompanying them on their mental health journeys. Since starting in private practice, I have really enjoyed the variety of clients with which I’ve worked as well as witnessing the healing power of a collaborative therapeutic space.
