About Me: Do you ever feel stuck? Are you struggling with trauma, anxiety, self-doubt, or identity? I approach counseling from a perspective of collaboration, and believe in meeting people where they are. I seek to create an inclusive, nonjudgmental space that facilitates change. My experience working with diverse populations across different backgrounds has equipped me with cultural humility and open-mindedness.
