About Me: I believe in the inherent goodness and resilience of every individual. With over 6 years of experience, I've dedicated my practice to finding individualized care that meets each client where they are. My approach acknowledges the profound impact of childhood experiences, past trauma, and unhealthy relationships on our present well-being. I specialize in trauma work, leveraging psychodynamic and somatic techniques to help clients reconcile with their past and achieve autonomy. My expertise extends to addressing severe depression, anxiety, and related issues such as:
flashbacks and physical symptoms of trauma, self-esteem challenges, relationship difficulties, feelings of isolation, and anxiety. I'm committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their challenges and discover their inner strength. Healing and growth are possible, even in the face of lifelong challenges, and therapy can be a powerful tool for achieving this balance.

Specialty: Trauma-related flashbacks, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, isolation, and anxiety.
